2010 has been full of surprises, so does the Jordan Brand releases. There are too many models we did not think we would see for years to come. The most surprising release is a set of retro Air Jordan IX, featuring old black and orange colorway, but we have to agree that this simple colorway contributes to an amazing shoes. Release Reminder: Air Jordan IX (9) Retro – White – Black – University Blue
At the end of May, a pair of Air Jordan IX (9) Retro – White – Black – University Blue surfaced in Nike retailer spots. Though this Air Jordan 9 looks like a carbon copy of the 1993’s “Powder Blue” Air Jordan IX, the new retro still features some distinctive attributes of its own. For example, the shoe as a whole features university blue instead of the dark powder blue. In other color detail, the Jumpman logo on the outsole is black as opposed to being blue on the original colorway. While there are minor changes between the original and the retro, this new release Air Jordan IX (9) will be a classic as the other Air Jordan sneakers.

Another original Air Jordan IX (9) colorway is being retroed into the Air Jordan Force Fusion IX (9) Low, which is in a white/navy blue colorway just like its high top predecessor. The shoe has a white leather upper and navy blue patent leather panel on top of a navy blue midsole and white outsole. The inner lining also rocks a navy blue hue, and the back heel tab features the classic 23 symbol and Jordan symbol in white. No need to say anything more about these except that they’re available now!

Most people brag about the kind of “heat” and nobody likes to brag about what they have better than Bow Wow and Marcus Jordan who have gone back and forth through videos showcasing their prized possessions, but its kind of hard competing with MJ’s son who displayed this Player Exclusive Air Jordan IX (9) in one of his videos. Marcus’ Air Jordan IX is composed of the typical black and yellow combination that he frequently uses to design his PE’s. In addition, Marcus’ number, 5 is stitched at the back of the sneaker also in yellow. This pair of Air Jordan IXs won’t be dropping in stores anytime soon, but you can find a pair now on the ‘Bay.
