The much-anticipated Air Force 1 Hi Supreme designed by DJ Clark Kent is all set to drop on Nov. 25, 2009 at 21 Mercer. Clark will attend the starting at 8pm, providing music for a few hours. However, the highlight of the event is the release of the sneakers Clark created to pay tribute to his hometown New York City.
The materials are absolute top of the line, as expected. Black leather wraps the toe, midsole, Swoosh and strap, while pebbled blue leather is used for the heel and ankle section. The real color comes from the orange nubuck in the mid-panel, giving these a distinct Knicks color-up. The shoe also comes with some special goodies, a Nike NYC logo patch and a special box that sports the old-school orange/grey striped Nike look that many of us remember quite fondly.
